Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  We do not issue refunds or accept returns.

Damaged and/or lost packages need to be filed with the shipping carrier as we have no control over what happens during shipments.

We package each product with the utmost care, however if your product happens to arrive broken or damaged, please email support@azizascloset.com and attach a picture of your damaged candle within 3 days of receiving.

Due to the nature of our products and safety and contamination concerns, we do NOT ACCEPT returns.  We are unable to resell any item that has been out of our supervision.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Soap Appearance

Our Artisan Soaps are handcrafted with high quality ingredients specifically chosen to ensure a hard, long lasting and cleansing bar of soap.  Handmade in small batches at our studio in Connecticut.  These bars are individually cut by hand and while we aim for our bars to weigh at least 4.5oz (128g) per bar, there might be a slight variation in size and color.  The fragrance oils used in our soaps are all Phthalate Free and all of our products are Cruelty Free.

When properly taken care of, handmade soap can last sometimes longer than commercial soaps.  We recommend you keep your soap bar in a dry, well ventilated area and allow the water to fully drain after each use.

Since all of our soap is handcrafted and handmade, we do our best to describe and photograph its physical qualities.  The soap you receive may not look exactly like the one in the picture but that is because every bar of soap is very unique in it being specially handmade and hand cut.

Medical Claims

Per FDA Regulations, Aziza's Closet LLC cannot and will not make any medical claims based on any soap ingredients.  The main purpose of soap is to cleanse.  We are not medical professionals or healthcare professionals.

Product Warnings/Caution

If any products cause irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician.

Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
